These Terms of Use govern the provision of the Magnet Dating Agency OÜ (“MDA”) service to the Customer.

Customer confirmations

1. The customer declares that he/she is at least 18 years old.
2. The customer confirms that the information he/she has provided to the MDA is correct.
3. The customer confirms that he/she has not omitted any material information about himself/herself that could affect the provision of the MDA Services.
4. The client confirms that they are looking for a long-term relationship.
5. The Customer agrees to notify MDA immediately of any change in the status of its relationship.
6. The customer confirms that it treats MDA employees and other MDA customers with respect and consideration.
7. The Customer agrees that the MDA may make further enquiries about the Customer in various registers.
8. By expressing a wish to use the MDA service, the customer agrees to allow MDA to contact them by email.
9. The customer is aware that the contact of a companion forwarded by the MDA may not lead to falling in love and a long-term relationship.
10. The client agrees to be responsible for his/her own well-being and safety by meeting a suitable companion found by MDA.
11. The client agrees to take responsibility for their role in the success of the relationship.
12. The Customer agrees that the provision of the MDA Service is subject to the Customer’s acceptance of these Terms of Use.

MDA service

13. The duration of the MDA Personal Matchmaking Service is 6 (six) months unless otherwise agreed.
14. For MDA’s Personal Matchmaking Service, MDA will provide the Customer with a description and contact details of 6 (six) to 8 (eight) Matchmakers based on the Customer’s preferences.
15. The Customer agrees that the introduction of a potential companion, together with contact information, provided to the Customer by MDA shall be deemed to be a suitable companion as agreed by MDA with the Customer, including if the Customer chooses not to contact or meet that companion.
16. MDA will use its best endeavours to find suitable companions within the time agreed with the Client, but does not accept responsibility for failure to find a companion within the time agreed, in which case MDA will use its best endeavours to find suitable companions as soon as possible.
17. MDA reserves the right to unilaterally renew these Terms of Use.

Pricing of the MDA service

18. The prices shown on the MDA website magnetdatingagency.com include VAT.
19. MDA issues Magnet Club Membership invoices in 28 (twenty-eight) day increments.
20. Magnet Club membership does not include event tickets or additional services.
21. The MDA issues invoices on a prepayment basis and starts to provide the service once payment is received.

Termination of MDA service

22. MDA reserves the right to terminate the provision of the Service if the Customer’s activity or conduct is in breach of any provision of these Terms of Use.
23. The provision of the MDA Service may be terminated early by mutual agreement between the Customer and MDA.
24. If the Customer fails to respond to emails or calls from the MDA account manager for more than one month, MDA will consider the provision of the service to be terminated.
25. In the event of termination of the service, invoices relating to the prepaid period are not refundable.
26. The termination of the Service does not relieve the Customer of the obligation to pay any outstanding invoices to MDA.

Confidentiality

27. The Client agrees to treat as confidential all information provided by MDA to the Client, including personal data, materials, questionnaires, web access and other data sources in reproducible format.
28. In case of breach of confidentiality, the Client agrees to pay a fine of EUR 5000 (five thousand) plus VAT.
29. MDA confirms that it will treat all information provided by the Customer to MDA as confidential.
